Stop by the Office of Education Abroad for Walk-in Advising hours, Monday - Thursday from 3:30 - 4:45 PM. Advisors will meet with students on a first-come, first-served basis.

2024 Returnee Photo Contest Now Open!


The Office of Education Abroad & Away invites returning students to submit photos for our annual photo contest! Share your experience with the campus community and demonstrate your photography skills for a chance to win a great prize! Open to all students who studied abroad on credit-bearing OEA programs during Academic Year 2023-24, Fall 2023, Spring 2024, and Summer 2024. Apply by October 1. U.S. Department of State Worldwide Caution for Travelers
Due to the potential for terrorist attacks, demonstrations, or violent actions against U.S. citizens and interests, the Department of State advises U.S. citizens overseas to exercise increased caution. The Department of State is aware of the increased potential for foreign terrorist organization-inspired violence against LGBTQI+ persons and events and advises U.S. citizens overseas to exercise increased caution.

Going Abroad in Fall 2024? Don't Forget to Vote!

Need help getting a passport? Apply to the Porter Passport Fund!
If you are a current Davidson student and require assistance in paying passport application fees, either for a first-time pasport or to renew a passport that is expiring, you are invited to submit an application to the Porter Passport Fund.  Thanks to the generous support of Mary Margaret Porter '98, this fund provides grants to help cover the fees associated with passport applications. Apply by September 15!
